I've never been on-board one but seeing these two I would definitely consider a change of scene. Right at home on the riverbank.

I also enjoyed this concept home and with my love of open spaces, on reflection, this may be a better fit with large windows and deck. Each modular prefab home features a fully-equipped kitchen, bedrooms furnished with built-in cabinets, and a terrace. Units vary in size from intimate 50 sqm three-module shelters to 78 sqm five-module accommodations perfect for families. The houseboat version comes with a pontoon which allows the building to float on the water.
